JMP rewards loyal, efficient and reliable VAs by offering team leadership. JMP encourages top performers to lead and influence other VAs to reach their maximum potential by example.

In addition to their own pay, Team Leaders are paid:

 $25.00 per month   per part-time VA monitored and supervised
 $50.00 per month
 
per half-time VA monitored and supervised
 $75.00 per month
  per half-time VA monitored and supervised
$100.00 per month   per full-time VA monitored and supervised

Team Leaders (TL) will also be awareded one share of stock, which entitles them to participate in dividends at the end of the year. The same stock makes them part owners of the corporation.

This stock will be surrendered or returned to Joyful Moments Productions, Inc. if the VA is no longer a Team Leader or is no longer part of the JMP VA Team.You will of course be compensated for this "buy back"activity.  The value of the company shares of stock is included in the Stockholders' Annual Report.

 

Do you want to be a Team Leader?  The following will be your responsibilities:

  • Interview and recommend Junior VAs (we require that you either know the Junior VA personally or by someone you know personally)
  • Mentor, monitor and supervise Junior VAs in your team
  • Relieve Junior VAs in when they cannot report for work
  • Approve Junior VA timesheets and assess work efficiency
  • Conduct annual performance reviews
  • Recommend expulsion of non-performing VAs in your team

 

Team Leader minimum requirements:

  • Tenure, 6 months
  • Quarter time work or 6 hour work days
  • Successful completion of probationary project as Junior VA
  • Applied to become a TL
  • Shown potential in becoming a good TL which includes, but not limited to the following: 
  1. Timely and accurate reports
  2. Timely submission of daily time sheets
  3. No complaints from clients
  4. Willingness to lead or supervise others
  5. Have skills needed to do the job well
